·          Entry is free for Visitors / Buyers & at own Risk.

·          The Grounds of Bulli Public School are  designated NO SMOKING, please do not smoke.

·          The Bulli Sunday Markets / Bulli Public School shall not be liable to any person entering these grounds for any personal injury or loss or damage howsoever arising whether by negligence or otherwise of the Management or its servants, or incurred or suffered by that person.

·          The Market is held on Sunday in Bulli Public School Grounds with the exception to heavy rain / wet grounds.

·          The Management of the Bulli Sunday Markets reserves the right to refuse entry to any vendor / vistitor.

·          The Market is operated under a licence issued to Bulli Sunday Markets from the Office of Fair Trading.

Sellers

·          Entry Fee (Cash Only), please see advertised rates.

·          The Bulli Sunday Markets operates between 8.00am and 5.00pm with all vendors required to leave the grounds by 5.30pm

·          Vehicle movements within the grounds are limited to 5km/h and drivers must be mindful of the public and other vendors.

·          Test drives for vehicle sales are to be conducted outside the grounds only & test drive Pass-outs can be obtained from management.

·          The driver shall be totally and legally responsible for parking/movement of the vehicle and liable for any damages caused.

·          All vendors are requested to maintain their area in a clean and tidy manner and must place litter in allocated rubbish bins, larger refuse must be taken away by the vendor.

·          Vendors are responsible for complying with all laws, rules and regulations relating to the merchandise offered for sale. Bulli Sunday Market managment is obliged to check vendor compliance.

Buyers

·          All merchandise offered for sale is considered a private transaction with the vendor, Bulli Sunday Markets only provides the site for the vendor and has no interest in any transaction

·          Title is NOT guaranteed and there is NO Warranty with any sale.

·          Buyers wishing to purchase a vehicle from a vendor should contact "REVS" (02) 9633 6333 for an encumbered vehicle check before completing a transaction.
